Private Pilates Sessions

Private Pilates sessions are a great way to begin your pilates practice or deepen your current pilates experience to focus on your individual needs and goals. Following your evaluation session, your instructor will create an individualized program to benefit and challenge your body. For the greatest results we recommend sessions on a weekly basis either once or twice per week in addition to a mat or tower class. 

Semi-Private Pilates Sessions

Experience an individualized program with a friend or fellow client of similar ability. The two of you will be taken through a workout on all of the pieces of equipment with some matwork sprinkled in! 

PILATES EQUIPMENT CLASSES

PILATES ON APPARATUS - LIMITED TO 3 STUDENTS

Equipment classes are specially designed to offer the most well-rounded workout possible. Our equipment classes incorporates a variety of Pilates studio apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower and Spine Corrector. If you are looking for a great strengthening work out this is it!


MAT CLASSES

GROUP CLASSES

Online or in studio every BODY Pilates offers group class instruction featuring a hybrid of mat, barre, and Fletcher Fusion. Our clients experience many benefits from a Pilates program including:

  • Improved posture and body alignment

MEN'S PROGRAMS

MEN ONLY CLASSES

These classes and sessions are geared for the male body type. Tight hips, back and hamstrings are addressed and accommodated in this class. A great rigorous workout without the fluff. Bend, stretch and move like never before. All male students and teacher. Our own Jim Samanen has been specially trained for this population and brings his own experiences to the Men and the Mat class.
